Installation method of floor-standing wood cutting machine

The installation of floor-standing wood cutting machines should follow the principles of structural compatibility and operational safety. The specific installation methods are as follows:

First, basic installation and fixation

The base plate is fixed.

The base plate of the cutting machine can be fixed to a stable workbench or cabinet with screws to form a portable saw table. For instance, two screws are used to fix the base plate onto the wooden board, and then the cutting machine is connected to the base plate through clips to achieve installation without drilling.

Both sides of the base plate are equipped with high-definition rulers and movable fixed backrests. Users can adjust the position of the backrests according to their needs to achieve precise cutting. For instance, by adjusting the backrest to a position of 7 centimeters, a 7-centimeter-wide board can be cut out.

Structural support

If the cutting machine is equipped with support legs, it is necessary to ensure that the support legs are firmly connected to avoid shaking during the cutting process. For example, the support legs are fixed to the workbench by bolts to ensure the stability of the overall structure.

Second, installation of the main body of the cutting machine

Place and fix with the snap

Place the cutting machine on the base plate and make sure the saw blade is aligned with the scale of the base plate. The cutting machine is tightly fixed to the base plate through clips to prevent displacement during cutting.

Some models may be equipped with installation clips. Please connect the clips to the cutting machine and the base plate according to the manual to ensure a firm installation.

Saw blade installation and commissioning

When installing the saw blade, make sure the direction of the saw blade is correct and tighten the screws. For example, install the saw blade between the upper guide rod and the lower guide rod, and tighten the saw blade through the electric push rod to prevent it from loosening.

Adjust the Angle and height of the saw blade to ensure the cutting accuracy. For example, adjust the first limit slider and the second limit slider to align the saw blade with the cutting line.

Third, installation of auxiliary devices

Adjust the backrest and the ruler

Adjust the backrest position according to the cutting requirements to ensure precise cutting dimensions. For instance, by adjusting the backrest to the desired size and cutting the sheet tightly against the backrest, standard-sized sheets can be obtained.

The scale on the base plate needs to be aligned with the saw blade to ensure that the cutting line is clearly visible.

Installation of safety protection devices

Install safety devices such as protective covers and emergency stop buttons to ensure operational safety. For example, fix the protective cover above the saw blade to prevent wood chips from splashing. An emergency stop button is set up in the operation area to facilitate the stopping of the cutting machine in case of emergency.

Fourth, commissioning and acceptance

No-load trial run

After the installation is completed, conduct a no-load test run to check whether the cutting machine operates smoothly, whether the saw blade is loose, and whether the backrest and the ruler are accurate.

Cutting test

Use waste materials for cutting tests to check the cutting accuracy and effect. For example, cut a test sheet, measure whether its size meets the requirements and whether the cutting surface is flat.
