Description

Bottom cutter shaft

The structure of the bottom cutter shaft can be pulled out quickly which results in a more convenient and more secure way to replace or adjust the cutter.

Pressure plate

Equipped with a pressure plate guarantees short workpiece smooth machining, increasing production output.

Control cabinet

Assembling with the imported electric brand, Schneider,to provide the machine with new energy.

Driven feed rollers

Provided with a driven feed roller structure, ensuring stronger and smoother feeding equipped with an overloading protection mechanism.

The feeding unit

The feeding unit can be adjusted upwards and downwards, the elevating range reaches 6mm, and thus the processing precision can be enhanced with powerful feeding.

The Workbench

The workbench is made of a special heat-resistance material with polishing treatment which could result in a high precision and abrasion performance.

Auxiliary devices

Auto thickness setting device and pressure mechanism limit device.

Thickness setting

The precision can be up to 0.01mm of the magnetic grating digital, input the data to set the working thickness automatically.

Application

The Wood Automatic Double-sided Planer MB2061A is a woodworking tool that is used to smooth and thickness wooden boards or panels. It is designed to remove a specific amount of material from both sides of a board simultaneously, resulting in a consistent thickness and smooth surface. It adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and can plan the upper and lower sides of the wood at one time, so as to achieve a uniform thickness and a smooth and flat surface. The result is a more consistently sized part with less processing time.

Some common uses of a double-sided planer include:

1. Dimensioning lumber: It can be used to reduce the thickness of rough-cut lumber to a desired, uniform thickness. This is especially useful for creating boards of consistent thickness for construction or furniture making.

2. Planing large panels: It is often used to flatten and smooth large wooden panels, such as those used for tabletops, cabinet doors, or flooring.

3. Removing imperfections: Double-sided planers are employed to remove defects, such as warp, cupping, or bowing, from the surface of boards, resulting in a flat and even surface.

4. Achieving precise thickness: Woodworkers use double-sided planers to achieve a specific thickness for their projects, ensuring consistency across multiple boards or panels.

Overall, a double-sided planer is a versatile tool that helps to transform rough and uneven wood into the desired smooth and uniform thickness, making it an essential tool for woodworking projects.
